I entered the wrong shipping address.
We can correct this for you as long as your order has not yet been assigned a tracking number. Please reach out to us at info@simpleguy.store from the email address used at the time of purchase. Include your order number, full name, and updated shipping address in your message, and we will notify you once the change has been made.
I ordered the wrong size/color item.
If you ordered the wrong size or color and our website is currently open, please place a new order for the correct item right away. Once your new order is placed, email us at info@simpleguy.store with both order numbers and a brief explanation of the situation. Our team will cancel the incorrect order and process a refund for it. Please note that if the website is closed at the time you reach out, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange, as all sales are final per our order policy.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, it is likely that your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. This does not affect the status of your order — it simply means the confirmation was sent to an incorrect address. Before anything else, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder.
Why is my tracking number in the pre-shipment stage?
Your tracking number may show as pre-shipment because your package is either still on its way to our shipping courier or has not yet been scanned into their system. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date you received your tracking number for it to reflect any updates.
I think the shipping courier lost my order / My order was stolen.
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping courier, it is entirely in their possession and care. While we understand that delays and issues can be frustrating, these matters fall outside of our control. Any concerns regarding a delayed, lost, or stolen package must be directed to and investigated by the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact them on your behalf.
I would like to exchange or return my item(s).
All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is defective. We are unable to accommodate size changes or item swaps, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. In the rare event that you receive a flawed item, please contact us at info@simpleguy.store with a description of the issue, your order number, and clear photos showing the defect.
