• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods provided at checkout.

• Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Delays due to customs, carriers, or external factors are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-fulfilled:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

• To start a return, contact us at help@simpleguy.store. We’ll provide instructions.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once we confirm the issue.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
